The palm islands are constructed by Nakheel Properties, a property developer in the United Arab Emirates. The Island has a large number of residential, leisure and entertainment centers. The Palm Islands are located off the coast of the United Arab Emirates in the Persian Gulf and will add 520 kilometers of beaches to the city of Dubai.
There are over 100 luxury hotels, exclusive residential beach side villas, apartments, water theme parks, restaurants, shopping malls and sports facilities in the Island. In the year 2012, the first phase of four theme parks will open here. These theme parks will be operated by the Busch Entertainment Corporation.
Tourist come rushing here throughout the year. Shopping price is reasonable in the Island. People come here for leisure ride and for beaches. Sea food is prepared in traditional style and served here. Although it is expensive to pay a visit, it is worth to consider.
